You are not eligible for an expunction if:

1. The charge resulted in a CONVICTION
2. The charge resulted in regular PROBATION

If one of these two results is true for your case, unfortunately
you are not eligible for an expunction. If none of the above
results is true for your case, read below.


You may be eligible for an expunction if:

1. The charge against you was DISMISSED
2. The charge resulted in a trial and you were ACQUITTED
3. The charge resulted in a trial and you were PARDONED

If one of these three results is true for your case, you may be
eligible for an expunction.
